最近遇到工作上需要寫信跟船公司索賠.麻煩大大可以幫忙想想要怎麼寫.才可以得到賠償 主題:向船公司索賠運送延遲損失 由於船公司臨時改變船期.並沒有事先通知 而使船抵達目的地時間延遲1周.造成我方客戶抱怨與諸多困擾. 因貨品延遲到貨.我司所蒙受的損失必須跟船公司索賠, 損失金額 (1)客戶要求每箱貨品索賠/降價歐元1.5 EUR1.5/箱 x 958箱 = ERU 1,437 (2)工人加工卸貨費 NT$2000/人 x 5人 = NT$10,000
