Acutally it depends on your skateboarding level and purpose. First of all, if you are beginner and want to try skateboard, and the purpose is just for riding (not learning for jump and do the tricks), the toysRus on sale skateboard is really good for you. It's above $100 dollars and under $400. If you are not just riding purpose, and you are really want to learn tricks, I recommend you buy the professional skateboard. In fact the Toys'R'us' skateboard is really easy to get broken. Here is my experience, the toys'R'us' skateboard had been broken by my few times ollie (the basic trick of jumping) in half an hour. If you really made your mind and decided to purchase a good skateboard, it won't cause you $6000, I never seen a skateboard in that price, even is the limited version.
